Delete your Bendle account

Delete in the app (fastest)

  1. Open Bendle and tap your profile picture to open Profile.
  2. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
  3. Read what will be deleted, then confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away. This works for Guest accounts and for accounts that use Apple, Google or email sign-in. You need an internet connection.

Delete by email

Can’t open the app any more? Email support@openbeta.works with the subject “Delete my Bendle account”. Send it from the email address you sign in with. If you used Bendle as a Guest, include your Bendle ID from Profile. We may ask you to confirm the request, and will complete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • All of your rides: routes, GPS recordings, elevation, replays and matched routes
  • Photos, notes and share images
  • Your Atlas, Great Road and Collection progress, saved roads and planned routes
  • GPX files you imported
  • Your road ratings. Community road statistics are recalculated without them.
  • Your profile, privacy settings and Bendle Pro subscription record
  • Your sign-in account. If you use Sign in with Apple, Bendle’s access to your Apple ID is revoked.

What is kept

  • A deletion record containing no personal content, so the deleted account cannot be used again.
  • Encrypted backups expire within 30 days.
  • Purchase records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat, as the law requires.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Export any rides you want to keep (as GPX files) first. Deleting your account does not cancel a Bendle Pro subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
